Research integrity

A reference for editors, reviewers, and authors: documented retractions in music-education and music-psychology research, and venues that recognised authorities have flagged as predatory or questionable. Every entry is attributed to the source that issued it.

These tables report findings published by others — retraction notices, Retraction Watch, and archived blacklists such as Beall's list — with the issuing authority and a source link shown for each row. They are not original accusations by the Circle. Confidence levels reflect how well-documented each flag is; verify before acting. Click a section to open it.

Help keep this reference current. Please email documented retractions, or additions and corrections to flagged venues — each with a verifiable public source — to the MUEC list at muec@groups.io (or post via groups.io/g/muec). Every entry must be attributable to the authority that issued it.
